Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How good are these manufacturer’s warranties?
A. They are better than good. All our manufacturers have been in business for 3 decades or more because of one thing – quality and integrity. If they say they stand behind the structural integrity of their products, they absolutely do. That’s why they continue to serve large hotel, bar, restaurant and casino customers, who have high volume traffic – and demand well made sturdy – and attractive bar stools and chairs. You should expect nothing less – and that is why we linked up with these top manufacturers.

Q. What if I change my mind after my order is placed and I want to cancel?
A. Call us or email us at once and we will immediately see if we can stop production. Generally we have several days after an order is placed when this can be done – and your nly obligation will be our small cancellation charge. However, we have a strict policy about canceling AFTER production has begun – after the horse is out of the barn so to speak – because the seating you have ordered is generally custom made to your taste. At that point, we cannot cancel your order or refund your payment.

Q. What does this mean? “OH: 45”” – is that the “seat height?”
A. No. That is the “Overall Height” – usually from the floor to the top of the seat back. “Seat Height” is always described as a separate entry in the product description. Very important – be sure you know what “Seat Height” you need BEFORE you order. Measure the counter top where you are going to use your bar stool.

Q. How do I know my charge card won’t be used improperly when placing online orders at your site?
A. Third party credit-card processors have developed tremendous security precautions to deal with privacy invasion and identity theft issues on the Internet. Our payment gateway never passes charge card numbers to its own online vendors – like us. That gateway/processor is one of the world’s largest – AuthorizeNet. We get your shipping and contact information – but cannot see the credit card number. Now if you choose to place a telephone order, we enter the number for you, but never retain a record of that information after we place that order. You may have noticed that most everyone taking phone orders – even though they know you – always have to ask again for that credit card info.
