TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

We love these stools. We needed 3 more since we expanded our kitchen area and found these to match the ones we've had for 6 years!! They are heavy, but with cusions on the legs they move smoothly over the wood floor! We have 3 teenagers and they use them everyday and they still look new!!
