TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for reasons of manufacturer’s defect only and may be subject to a restocking fee, if eligible for return.

they're used everyday at our kitchen bar - these are not a cheap stools but will last for many, many years (or until my wife thinks she needs to redecorate, then I'm sure the kids will get them)
