TEMPO INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants the original owner (with proof of purchase) its iron metal product construction to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. TEMPO will replace any item due to manufacturing defects. These include defective welding and finishing, mismatched parts, out of shape parts, etc. Moving parts (swivels, casters, etc.) and fabrics are not covered by this warranty. the swivels, however, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange this item, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your purchase.• Returns are accepted for reasons of manufacturer’s defect only and may be subject to a restocking fee, if eligible for return.

These stools are awesome. Beautiful design. Easy to put together. [...] Everyone comments on them as soon as they enter the room. Just had my kitchen renovated and they add so much to the design. I thought they were a little overpriced until they arrived. I'm very happy with my purchase.
