Look at each manufacturer's warranties listed below, and they will also be on the products themselves when delivered:

Maintenance
Periodic inspection and maintenance ensures the durability and longevity of our seating products, and the joints, welds, swivels and other stress points should be routinely checked, cleaned, tightened, and parts needing lubrication should get it. Replace missing glides, screws or bolts. Use only the manufacturers’ replacement parts and instructions.
Wood Sealers
A medium sheen sealer is applied to Special Grouping wood seats and backs. This sealer provides additional protection and is resistant to most stains resulting from food or drink. This finish is compatible with most commercially available alkaline-based cleaners.
Fire Retardancy
Our manufacturers use fire retardant foam that meet California Technical Bulletin #117, and most of their seating products meet or exceed NSF and BISMA standards.
Specific Warranties from Our Manufacturing Partners
Classico Seating Peru, Indiana 46970 (“Group C”)
WARRANTY
All chairs have a five-year structural frame warranty to the original purchaser. Classico Seating warrants to the original purchaser for a period of five years from date of purchase that its furniture frames are free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty is full replacement value - not prorated. This warranty does not cover damage which occurs from unauthorized repair, alteration of any kind, has been subject to abuse, any upholstery material, foam, or any other seat/back product. Classico’s obligation under this warranty is limited to credit for or replacement of the defective item. Classico Seating will not assume labor charges for unauthorized field repairs.
CLASSICO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL LIAB1LITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES. INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SHALL TERMINATE ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Some states do not allow the exclusion of consequential, incidental, or special damages or imitators on how long implied warranties lasts; so this paragraph may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary per state. DO NOT return merchandise without written authorization.
Regal Manufacturing Co., Inc., Chicago, Illinois 60644 (“Group R”)
Warrants its products for one year from purchase to be free from defects in workmanship and material with normal use and service. This warranty does not include upholstery materials which ore subject to whatever warranty is offered by the respective mills. The warranty also does not a apply to any product which has been repaired or altered by any one other than Regal or has been subject to misuse or negligence. The factory will not assume labor charges for unauthorized repairs.
Regal also provides a 5 Year Warranty free from defects in workmanship and material with normal use and service on a number of its metal frames bar stool and chair frames.
Holsag Canada, Linsay, Ontario, Canada K9v 5R7 ("Group H")
WARRANTY
1) This warranty covers goods supplied by Holsag Canada against defects in workmanship and material except as specifically excluded, for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of the goods (unless otherwise specified).
2) The following are specifically excluded from the warranty: (a) Any custom components that are not part of the Holsag standard line. This would include, but not be limited to, custom designed parts or customer specified components such as fabric, vinyl, foam, etc. which are not part of the standard Holsag line. (b)Furniture that has been unduly exposed to the elements such as water, direct sunlight, etc. (c) Damage as the result of accident, fire, flood, civil disorder, strike, Act of God, abuse, misuse, or any cause outside of ordinary usage.
3) Holsag agrees to replace, repair or refund at its discretion, defective parts or workmanship.
Waymar Industries, Burnsville, Minnesota 55306 (“Group W”)
WARRANTY
All statements, technical information and recommendations contained herein are based on information we believe to be reliable, but the accuracy or completeness thereof is not guaranteed, and the following limited warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Waymar Industries, Inc. warrants that all of its products and their components shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for 12 months after the date of purchase. If any product is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the first 12 months after purchase and if the product or component has been properly installed and maintained by the purchaser, Waymar will, at its option, replace or repair the product or component without charge. This warranty does not apply to modified products or components or to those damaged by accident, abuse, neglect or misuse.
In addition, Waymar extends the warranty period for a variety of products. These include and are limited to:
Wood chair frames: All wood chair frames other than the economy collection carry a 3 year structural warranty on the frame.
Metal chair frames: All metal chair frames carry a 5-year structural warranty on the frame. Chairs that have the optional “H” frame addition carry a 25-year structural warranty on the frame.
C.O.M. vinyls and fabrics carry no warranty from Waymar Industries.
Strict adherence to care, maintenance and repair schedule as outlined by Waymar are required to maintain warranty status.
The extent of Waymar’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. In no event shall Waymar be liable for injury, loss or damage, whether direct, consequential or incidental, to persons or property arising out of purchaser’s use or of any inability to use said products. Waymar does not assume labor charges for unauthorized repairs.
Grace Manufacturing Company, Rome. Georgia (“Group G”)
Limited Time Warranty
Grace has taken great care to insure the stools you have purchased will provide years of trouble-free service. Grace Manufacturing uses only the highest quality materials in the construction of our stools and will provide warranty coverage for broken welds caused by faulty product or workmanship. Grace will provide repairs and shipping within the first year if product is packaged in original container and packing, however, a return authorization must be issued before product will be accepted for repair.
Grace Manufacturing does not provide warranty coverage for normal wear and tear of the stools such as scratches, or fabric, which is worn, torn, or otherwise damaged due to the use of the stools. After the warranty period, Grace Manufacturing will only be responsible for the cost of the repair of the weld. Packaging for shipping and shipping to and from the factory will become the purchasers, or retailers responsibility, unless prior approval has been obtained from Grace Manufacturing.
GAR Products, Lakewood, NJ 08701
1 Year Warranty on Wood, 2 Years on Metal, 5 Years of 16 Guage Steel
GAR Products warrants each wood product for one (1) year after invoice date to be free from any defects in the wood and craftsmanship under normal use and service. Metal furniture is warranted against frame failure due to broken/fatigued welds for two (2) years. On products that are 16 gauge steel or lower, the warranty is for five (5) years. Under the above mentioned warranty, any product that is damaged during use and the customer desires an inspection and/or repairs, the customer must contact the Returns Department for a Return Authorization number and return the product to GAR Products freight prepaid. After a thorough and fair inspection, if deemed factory defective, GAR Products will stand behind the product and repair/replace the product at no charge. Additionally, the factory will re-reimburse the customer for any freight charges incurred (with valid proof of payment) from returning the product to GAR Products.
If the damage is determined to be due to improper use or undetected freight damage, the customer is fully responsible for the replacement/repair and freight for the product.
GAR Products’ warranty will not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered by anyone other than the manufacturer. The factory will not assume labor charges for unauthorized field repairs unless agreed to in writing by the factory prior to the repairs being done.
Grand Rapids Chair Company, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
LIMITED WARRANTY: 1 Year/5 Year Warranty on Bar Stools & Chairs
Grand Rapids Chair Company warrants products it manufactures against defective material or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Grand Rapids Chair Company warrants the structural integrity of the furniture for five years.
The warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered or subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, or that has not been subjected to routine maintenance. Grand Rapids Chair Company’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or credit for the defective item. They do not assume unauthorized labor charges for unauthorized field repairs. In no case shall the liability under this warranty exceed the original cost of the goods.
All upholstery is subject to the warranty of the respective textile company. All laminates are subject to the warranty of the respective laminate company.
Interface Fabrics Group, Grand Rapids, MI (Grade 7 “Group C” fabric)
INFINITY SEATING FABRIC 10-YEAR WARRANTY*
Each Interface Fabrics Group company (the “Manufacturer”) warrants for a period often (10) years from the date of invoice that Its Infinity seating fabric products will not suffer wear through” in normal indoor seating use by the original seating purchaser. ‘Wear through” means a hole caused by disintegration of the fabric’s Structure in a particular area as a result of abrasive wear. The Manufacturer also warrants for a period of ten (10) years from the date of invoice that its Infinity seating fabric products will not suffer excessive color loss (i.e., no worse than step 4 on the Gray Scale for Color Change) in normal indoor seating use by the original seating purchaser. Should a failure to conform to this warranty appear in the fabric product during the 10-year warranty period, the Manufacturer will repair or (at its option) replace the affected fabric at its expense, including labor and materials, subject to its receipt of prompt written notice during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage, disintegration or lose arising from abuse, misuse, vandalism, burns, cuts, punctures, improper installation or maintenance, use of improper cleaning agents, application of a treatment or finish after shipment by the Manufacturer, defects in design or manufacture of seating, inadequate padding, abrasion from other seating components or furniture, use in any application other than normal indoor seating, or use subsequent to ownership by the original seating purchaser.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN ABOVE,THE MANUFACTURER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF ITS PRODUCTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS THE SAME. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE. LIABILITY OFTHE MANUFACTURER IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE FABRIC AND DOES NOT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
